The common repository is a derivative service SARI intended to affiliated researchers in the national scientific system institutions (eg, public or private research centers, universities, polytechnics) which do not have own institutional repository. Through the Common Repository, these researchers will now have a place where they can archive and make accessible the scientific production (articles published, accepted communications and published at conferences, theses and dissertations approved).
Joining the Common Repository is made by the institution. After accession, the institution is responsible for managing the section of the Common Repository attributed to it concerning the admission of the authors and deposits.
The presence of institutions in Common Repository can be constituted as a future basis of a repository. As with other repositories, the Common Repository is indexed by RCAAP portal.
