Genomics Data is an open access journal that considers articles on all aspects of genome-scale analysis:

Limited only to nucleic acids analysis
Microarray and Next-Gen Sequencing data
All organisms

Genomics Data publishes high quality and standardized reports summarizing results of microarray or sequencing studies in all types of organisms. The genomic and functional genomic data/results are intended to serve as points of record that are enriched with data generation strategies and methods, data QC metrics, data analysis process and algorithms, biological interpretation and conclusions. All articles will be peer-reviewed and verified by the editorial team.

In view of the journal's mission for reproducibility, the journal has a focus on its signature Data in Brief articles. Data in Brief describe publicly available genomic datasets thoroughly so that the data can be reproduced, reused and reanalyzed. Data in Brief are also an ideal complement to research articles.
