How to create a course

The course creation process start with the submission of a Course proposal draft.
The course proposal should have all the element needed for the course creation and all the information needed to help the Educational and Technical reviewer. An example of a course proposal can be found [here](https://www.fosteropenscience.eu/content/course-proposal-example).

If you are a Course Creator, you will find a button on the top bar to start the Course creation process.
