This is a part of the OpenMinTeD project, in the domain of Agricultural and Biodiversity domain. A use-case is text-mining tools for microbiodiversity. This document help the use of the Alvis Search Engine. This semantic search engine queries terms in PubMed abstracts about bacterial biotopes.
