Presenter: Alex Denis/Tim Errington.
The Reproducibility Project: Cancer Biology, a large scale effort to explore reproducibility, has published the first five Replication Studies in eLife (http://elifesciences.org/collections/reproducibility-project-cancer-biology).
In addition to the publication, the content of the research and reporting (data, analysis/figure scripts, additional laboratory notes, etc) was made open. In this webinar, you will hear about the steps taken by the team to utilize the OSF and the statistical program R to organize, integrate, and make open the content associated with each replication study.
