This site gives access to the book titled "Opening Science – The Evolving Guide on How the Internet is Changing Research, Collaboration and Scholarly Publishing". There are three versions available: a dynamic version of the book, a printed version (order from Amazon), and an e-book-version (at SpringerOpen). The book discusses a wide range of topics in 20+ of chapters, written by numerous authors. Part one focuses on basics/backgrounds of Open Science. Part II discusses tools, e.g. blogging and reference management. Part III is called "Vision" and discusses topics like altmetrics, open research data, funding, open innovation and social factors. Part IV lists cases, recipes and how-tos, e.g. licensing, collaborative authoring and cloud tools, citing data and research IDs.
