This video has been produced by the Lithuanian Research Library Consortium, as part of their effort in disseminating information open access initiatives and their input in the advancement of science and progress. Emphasis is on open access journals and journal articles. A number of Lithuanian scholars, a policy maker, and a university publisher are interviewed.
