Ulrike Wuttke

Bio

I am a medievalist and textual scholar by training with a specialisation in Medieval Dutch Literature (Doctor of Literature, Universiteit Gent). I work in the context of Digital (Humanities) Research Infrastructures and contribute to projects and networks in digital preservation and digital arts and humanities via groups such as the Working Group Data Centres of the Verband Digital Humanities im deutschsprachigen Raum (deputy convenor), the metablog OpenMethods and the DARIAH Working Group DiMPO (Digital Methods and Practices Observatory).

I have been the Scientific Coordinator of the AGATE-project (European Academies Internet Gateway for the Humanities and Social Sciences) for the Union of the German Academies of Sciences and Humanities, worked for the Humanities Data Center for the Göttingen Academy of Sciences and Humanities and the Göttingen eResearch Alliance for the Göttingen State and University Library. I joined the PARTHENOS project (DH and eHeritage) and FH Potsdam in April 2017. My work has a strong focus on promoting Open Access, Open Data, and Open Science, especially for the Arts and Humanities. In my free time I enjoy singing in a gospel choir and Salsa dancing.
